LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Los Angeles Athletic Club announced the John R. Wooden Award® presented by Principal® Late Season Top 20 Watch List today on ESPN2, and that list includes Creighton guard Baylor Scheierman. Chosen by a poll of national college basketball experts based on their performances during the 2023-24 season thus far, the list comprises of 20 student-athletes who are front-runners for the sport's most prestigious honor.
Scheierman leads No. 13 Creighton (16-5, 7-3 BIG EAST) in scoring (17.8 ppg.) and rebounding (8.1 rpg.), ranking in third in the BIG EAST in both categories.
